Some of the on-going group product services we provide our customers include:
- Assistance during the enrollment process to provide for a smooth transition. As part of our efforts, we will
- Communicate administrative and claims procedures along with benefit design
- Distribute plan booklets, certificates, I.D. cards and literature.
- Assist management with plan design changes.
- Analyze and update management on claims experience on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, subject to carrier reporting policies.
- Assist management with possible options regarding employee needs and changing demographics that might improve benefits and reduce costs.
- Assist management with claims and administration problems.
- Contact benefits managers on a regular basis to check-up on any developing issues and advise on new benefit opportunities.
- Procure market quotes on an annual basis. (This is a service we perform each year to assure that current plan design costs and benefits are at market value.)
